Finebaum didn't shock me.

While there are a variety of opinions on what he does, one thing is clear. He's HIGHLY respected around the nation by his peers.
 
It's part power, part trendy inclusion. Tebow is popular, but wields no influence in the SEC. I'm not familiar withe the other boosters in the second ten to know if any are more influential than PBJ. Broyles and Lowder are in the twilight of being mentioned the same breath with the rest of the list.
