This could be an excellent year if Oklahoma, Oregon, Bama, ND could land in the playoffs. Leave out the pretentious BIG whatever (why 2 conferences that start with the same lie it’s confusing to people that do not watch your games) and the pitiful survivor of the ACC wet noodle bludgeoning and relegate them to a late Christmas Eve night bowl game in Peoria on public access cable. It seems far fetched considering what we've seen from the Irish this season but ...

If Notre Dame gets by Wisconsin and Cincy they have a chance to run the table this season AND likely be one of the two (if there are that many) undefeated teams at the end of the regular season.
