I know there is rumors of Boutte and Gibbs. But has anyone heard a confirmation on these two?

I would say Gibbs is still much more likely to happen (sooner anyway). Not saying they both won't eventually happen but Gibbs situation is much further along in the process and he wants to be enrolled for the spring semester. All signs were still pointing to Bama post signing day (but that stuff can change at any moment, it's all up to Saban). On Boutte, his situation is a little cloudier. For one, he's not even officially in the portal. Two, Kelly will fight hard to keep him like he did Myles Brennan. Just speculation here, but I'm inclined to think he sticks it out at LSU through spring. If after that, he is indeed unhappy, then he may transfer. Just a guess though.

It never made a ton of sense past the Kiffin can turn him into a better player argument. Ole Miss can find a better QB and I doubt Kiffin cares to field calls from Bo’s daddy every Sunday afternoon. For Bo, it gets him out of the SEC which is what he wanted, but a guaranteed starting spot under his former OC at a legitimate power 5 school where he can find success against some shitty defenses.
