I'll begin by posting these tidbits about T.R. that I wish I could claim to be my own inspirations--but they're not.

"Richardson does one arm curls using Saban."

"Richardson is so strong that he doesn't run towards the endzone; he pulls it to him using his feet."

"They're running out of balls in Tuscaloosa. Richardson is squeezing the air out of them."

"Richardson trains by doing push-ups with Fluker on his back."

Feel free to add to the list . . .

Hey, I hope Bama fans in awe of Trent dont forget the other guy. That would be truly sad. Im not trying to rain on the I love Trent Richardson parade, but I listened to some of the call ins after the game driving home and you would think Bama fans have already written off Mark or they think Trent should pass him on the depth chart. Like Tyler Watts said, you dont lose your starting spot to injury and you sure dont ask your Heisman Trophy winner to ride the pine. Trent's Heisman campaign can be next year. Is Trent one turf toe from the I'm in awe of Eddie thread?

I don't think anyone has forgotten about Mark nor have suggested that #22 lose his starting position.

I do believe Trent's performance and abilities deserve a little praise and attention. He's earned it, also.

We (the fans) need to come up with some crazy sound when he has a good run. Kind of like the "Whhhhooooooo" when Julio makes an amazing catch. Not sure how we'd make something from Trent's name but he does feed off "the Freak" and "The Beast".

Nobody has forgotten about Ingram. How could they? But we saw glimpes of TR last season and everyone on here knows this guy is probably going to be even more special than Ingram was. It's truly a great thing to have a stable of RBs like we have and are building!!

For me I try hard not to look at the players name. If I do yell a name out it mostly the wrong one. Crimson and White or White and Crimson these are the one I yell for. How could anybody forget the first HE IS MAN winner.

Dont get me wrong, Trent is good, really good.....BUT, he has not by any means past Ingram. Ingram right now is the best runningback we have ever had or is really close to being the best. Now, can Trent change that...sure, has he yet......not even close. I cant wait till Ingram is back and the offense is the MI, TR show.

I agree Trent has earned the praise. And I give it to him also.

I have heard it on Alabama sports talk and seen the question on message boards. Maybe not this one though. I think its like the backup QB being the most popular on the team.

It sure is nice to have a full stable of thoroughbreds. Mark is #1 when he returns and Trent will go back into his roll from last season. We may see more of them in the same backfield, 2 back gun or wildcat sets.
