Everyone wants solutions to these everyday problems we're seeing in epidemic proportions. But the NCAA is just not equipped to legislate morals.

The ncaa would allow all the players to transfer without having to set out a year just like they did at penn state ... I just believe that there should be massive punishment for such atrocities and the administration should bare that responsibility ..I have a daughter and would have probably went to jail for a serious crime after finding out that school staff had suggested she leave the school because Baylor was a football school and would be hard to get justice ... I also have a son so it should be proven we don’t want a duke lacrosse situation but in Baylors’ case it was proven and multiple girls had similar experiences .., just should be no place for that when you are paying a university for an education , a safe and monitored university should be expected....
