What's the draw there? I know they have a passionate fan base, but so does every other SEC program. Was the Longhorn Network successful? I heard zero about it once the headlines about the initial contract price faded.
The timing makes me think that they have a window where TV discussions weren't under conference preview. I don't know for sure. I think OU had one PPV game per year up now. Still may and this supplements that.
