(The HS coach talked about him just not being himself recently, not happy) Recruitment from a players side must be more brutal than I have ever imagined! With parents, HS coaches, college coaches, family relations, your future, and a multitude of other factors, football recruitment is brutal!

Poor guy. It must be pure hell having multiple schools offer a scholarship, a free trip, a free education, and who knows what else. Blame the kid. He could have picked a school at any time and ended the process. He could have not given out his cell phone number as well. He doesn't have to have a facebook page or at least set it to private. Poor guy. I really feel sorry for him.

Dabaxter, you may think its just "the life" but come on, you really think there is no stress from family, friends in HS (you can't avoid HS can you?) in the process?

Now to respond to each of your comments: 1. Free trips every weekend to Tuscaloosa, Auburn, New Mexico, Iowa (keep in mind he lives in Maryland...) right in the middle of his senior year in HS-- thats no parties, that a thousand air miles, thats constant jet lag, thats no HW catchup time... its draining, 2. he could have picked a school at any time w/o sufficient research into each school and he would now be even less happy... yay. 3. He could not have given out his cell phone number, well he has a house phone too and coaches will get the numbers they want. 4. Facebook setting to private is something I think would be wise, though I have trouble believing the facebook that says "Cyrus Kouandjio" is actually his, I think his IS on private and someone else runs the publicized one, and I mean, if I'm wrong, he is in high school, he deserves to be on FB like everyone else...
