Sounds like Meechigan just missed the top 10.

Yep! I've never given it much thought, but it looks like it is more difficult to determine who belongs in the Bottom 10 than it is the Top 10. Just like cream rising to the top of a container of milk, there is a definite distinction at the top. Not so at the bottom.
