🏈 Texas banning commits from visiting schools

I guess it's ultimately going to force his commits up until the very end. I wasn't even aware other schools did this until today. It just seems like it forces 17-18 year-olds to not shop around for what might be best for them and their family. I understand the meaning behind the word "commitment" but I also understand its their right to do as they please and whatever they feel is best for them, so without weighing out your options I don't see how that is fair.

Sounds like Mack is real sour about Robinson flipping and it was the last straw.

They done lost their minds. Aggies must be smiling...something tells me this will work against them, but their fan base continues to pour money into the system.

Go back a few years, Texas used to shutdown recruiting early in the season. The joke around the state was Mack Brown can't coach or develop talent and he barely has to recruit. Guess things are changing.

I hope they can develop a local kid Tyrone Swoopes at QB who early enrolled this year.

I am starting to think Saban taking him down in Jenga was just to much for Mack to handle, still love the line about his 2nd National Championship ring
