When I fire a weapon, it is with intent and shooting for a specific target.

I'm talking about "killing" that person... regardless of intent. Nobody cares about "intent to or not" when there's a body on the ground, and the same applies to football and players torpedoing forward, and VERY WELL AWARE OF IT... with the crown of their helmet.

We are going to have to agree to disagree on this one. No person should point a weapon at anyone if you are not willing to pull that trigger with the intent to kill.
