Staff
"GET OUT" were the next words that rang across the office. The handful of employees who were (tirelessly and responsibly) working at 3:00 on a Friday promptly — well, kind of promptly — made their way downstairs to the exits after seeing smoke begin to fill up the second floor of their beloved building. According to sources close to the situation, at least two members of the staff went back upstairs to retrieve "important" hard drives, likely containing millions of meaningless invaluable message board posts.
...
After sawing through the side of the building, firefighters sprayed water into the wall to ensure that the fire was completely out. While this was happening, Oelze was putting his own life at risk by throwing a tarp over some important servers that couldn't get wet. Both pot bangers and sunshine pumpers were reportedly pleased with this development.

His actions saved the precious servers, and the firemen's action saved something even more precious:

:flaming::flaming::flaming:

In my 23 year, 3 weeks, 4 days and 6 hour and 37 minute career,
I have had to pull three bodies from three separate fires who had (originally) mad it out safe, but decided there was some inanimate object inside worth ending their life over. Really pisses me off too, because on at least one occasion I wound up with blisters on my ears, hand and knees as well ruined my SCBA mask ( melted the face piece) due to the shitty ass fire conditions in a two story house. I really wish we could have saved that guy, just so I could kick his ass. Its simple...if your house ( or office) is on fire get out. Then, STAY THE-FUQ OUT until the nice firmens tell you its safe to go back.
