🏈 Tennessee @Alabama thread

Digressing from the game today, but has anyone seen the Women's Volley Ball and Soccer play lately? Every time I check on them, they've gotten a big win. First time in a long time since I've seen that. In fact, I don't ever remember UA's soccer team ever being any good.

I've already received a few texts this morning from a few friends that are UT fans. Mostly just for fun, but I hope we beat the crap out of them today.

This is easily my favorite game of the year...especially when we win.

Soccer really never has had a good season. As I recall, it started the last year I was an undergrad...no, make that a junior. They haven't had the same recruiting success that the softball team has but that has to be taken with the fact there weren't any traditional power softball teams in the SE like there have been for soccer.

Did you catch the W golf scores from yesterday? Team up by 10 strokes but the neat thing was Bama players held the top three spots in individual competition.

For any of you that do the post-game tradition, what kind of cigars do you have?

Lianos Dos Palmas is the name of the shop, the Churchill the name of the cigar.

From a small shop downtown...handmade, rolled on site, at a pretty good price at a little less than 10 bucks a stick. It's a Nicaragua/Peru blend with a Dominican binder...wrapped in a Conn. broadleaf.

Have not checked the women's golf, but the mens golf is winning by an average of 15 strokes. Cory Whiteslett (spell check) being one of the main ones.

Whitsett.

Mullinax, Shelton, and Wyatt are all ranked ahead of Cory right now.

It's crazy when we've got a guy like Moynihan—who competed for the Internation squad in the President's Cup—that hasn't been competing.

Shelton is a true frosh and playing VERY well.
