🏈 Tech and Alabama agree to postpone series

Georgia Tech and Alabama have agreed to reschedule their two-game football series that was going to be played in 2013 and 2014. The Yellow Jackets were going to play the Crimson Tide in Alabama in 2013 and play host to the Tide in 2014. Make-up dates haven't been announced.

Bama- GT in Atlanta in 2011. Bama-USC in Atlanta in 2014. Take it to the bank!


Bama-GT game would be ASC's payoff to GT for clearing the way for Bama to play USC in 2014, and payoff to Bama for agreeing to play USC. Just as they lost UCLA this year because Auburn would not play them, they would probably have lost USC if Bama had not agreed to the game.
