The NFL's loss is the SEC Network's gain.
It was announced Wednesday that Tim Tebow would be returning to his analyst role with the network this weekend. Tebow rejoin SEC Network's SEC Nation, its two-hour College GameDay-esque pregame show, which will be shot on location in Nashville before Georgia and Vanderbilt play (on CBS!).
Tebow was recently released by the Philadelphia Eagles after taking another shot at an NFL career.
While having his NFL dreams dashed again probably doesn't make Tebow very happy, I know as a college football fan, I'm happy to have him back on television as an analyst. In his short time doing television, Tebow has been quite impressive and certainly has the chops for a long, successful career in television media.
