If I had to guess, he's not happy with some of the decisions he's been making recently. Passing the ball vs running it on those last few downs.

Hell I questioned a good portion of his play calling during the Alabama game. I didn't watch the Auburn game, but I have to suspect there were some equally bad calls during that game as well.
