I don't live in Hoover. Why am I being charged a city sales tax for Hoover. Hueytown? Yeah, sure. I live there so I can understand that one. But Hoover? WTF?! And it's more than my own city sales tax. hell, it's more than the State Cellular Service Tax AND the Jefferson County Sales Tax.
