My furnace was on the fritz, and the HVAC company that did the install is from Childersburg, so I had them come out this morning to take a look. They were talking about the horrible wreck they saw between Childersburg and Sylacauga by Ogletree Transmission and Alabama Power. Truck hauling explosives to a quarry crossed the median and an SUV, killing the lady and a baby.

I've heard from several folks this afternoon that it was Tammy, the caller on Finebam - and her infant grandchild. Very sad.

TRAGIC: Frequent Finebaum caller and Auburn super fan Tammy Bullard killled in crash

Sad to hear about Tammy and her Granddaughter. I don't regularly listen to, or watch Paul, but I've listened enough to know of her. She will be missed on the PF Show, but even more so by her family and loved ones. R.I.P. Tammy. Sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to the Family of this awesome, colorful, and intense character.

I pray that the good lord take them into his care and that the family finds solace with the lord. I cannot even imagine losing a mother and child like this. I would have to be put in an induced coma or heavily sedated to cope.

this really hits you hard at how this rivalry can be put aside at times like this.

during her life, many, many BAMA fans have called her out on stuff, called her names, gone toe-to-toe with her on the teams/coaches/players...and she never backed down. she was a great fan for her team. and while her team is our most hated rival, this is something you never want to hear.

I just don't listen to Finebaum anymore, though I have in the past. I am familiar with Tammy, Iman, Charles from Reeltown, etc.... and those characters are all a huge element of his shtick. Tammy was orange and blue all the way through and entertaining to boot. She will be missed by the show. My condolences to her family. Tammy was able to live many years on this earth and accomplish some things that many of us never will. It's catastrophic that her granddaughter will not have a chance to do the same. I hope that Auburn University does something for the family of this super fan. They should.... she has earned that recognition. Rest in Peace Tammy from Clanton and your little one.
