He was leading the NCAA in yards last week , and it looks like he still leads. Right now he has 454 yards that 13.76 a yard on 33 catchers, along with 2 TD's. I look forward to see what he will do in the next game. Could it be possible that Bama could have a leading receiver? Now that would be something.

He's having a great year so far, but the other WRs may want to go introduce themselves to Sims because it's apparent he doesn't know them yet.

We've been lucky this far in that none of the teams we've played so far have the talent to stop the Sims only throwing to Coop.

For those saying that Sims doesn't throw to his other receivers...

Top four receivers through 3 games the last two years and lets not forget that this includes AJ's massive 300+ yard game against A&M... Oh and both Coop and Norwood had a game without a catch in this stretch...

2013
Amari Cooper: 6 catches, 72 yards, 0 TD
Christion Jones: 12 catches, 149 yards, 1 TD
DeAndrew White: 8 catches, 161 yards, 2 TD
Kevin Norwood: 4 catches, 63 yards, 1 TD

2014
Amari Cooper: 33 catches, 454 yards, 2 TD
Christion Jones: 9 catches, 133 yards
DeAndrew White: 6 catches, 73 yards (missed two games)
Chris Black: 5 catches, 58 yards

A little bonus.
AJ thru 3 games in 2013: 50-78, 702 yards, 6 TD, 2 INT; 0 TD rushing
Blake thru 3 games in 2014: 48-64, 646 yards, 4 TD, 1 INT; 102 yards and 2 TD rushing

Looks to me that AJ did spread the ball around more but he also had an Amari Cooper that was being underutilized for whatever reason (whether injury or otherwise) while Amari has a ton more catches and yards, the other top 3 have similar numbers from the previous year *shrug*

That some comparison from last year. 646 yards passing Cooper with 454 the other guys with 192, maybe his is using him a little bit more than the other.

Kiffin is moving and shifting Coop into plays where he is the 1st or 2nd option. I think it is a smart move to be honest. I also like the fact that we are looking to get him involved early and not wait for 3 quarters either.

Amari not getting many catches last year. Everyone complains that Coop isnt more involved.
Amari is leading the country in receiving this year, everyone complains that the other guys aren't involved enough.

Yeah, I'm HUGE fan of getting the ball to the best playmakers on the team. That said, I want to see Black and Jones catching a few more, but I expect when White comes back, that Coop and he will get a lot more even
