By my count Bama will have two former players in the game: Hightower and Barron. The state of Alabama has players from UA, AU, UAB, and Southern Alabama. One other Alabamian, Trey Flowers from Huntsville, will also be in the game.

Who are you guys pulling for in this game?

My buddy lost a few friendly $50 bets to me during the divisional round and Championship round games, so he owes me $300 now. Being a good friend I am giving him the Rams +3.5, which is a full point better than the sportsbooks. I have nothing to lose, so letting him have a sporting chance to win his $300 back, I figured I'd help him out a little. I think the Patriots run away with this by ten, but that's just me.

Question. Is anyone watching any pregame Super Bowl coverage? I haven't. I've thought about it a few times today...even looked to see what was on quickly.

And so far...nothing.

Not here. I'm rocking with the WM Phoenix Open. JT is just behind the pace and it's going to be interesting if he can catch Fowler. Given that he still only has 4 PGA career wins to his credit, it's doable.

Rickie wins it with a 74. Not really sure he won it as much as no one really went and got it. A win is a win is a win.

If you picked a final of 13-3, well, we need to talk.

Rams off was 11th highest scoring off in NFL history-zero of those 11 won Championships....Meanwhile, Pats were 7th in scoring defense this year & this makes 46th time in 53 Super Bowls that top 10 scoring defense wins championship.
