Is it the political affiliation or is it that their parents put more importance on education?

My question goes to the census. What race is a starting point. Then I'm thinking of family life. What's that like?

I don't have kids so this is an outside perspective. I just see SO many facets in this "argument."

My gut tells me someone in Meridian, MS, might know more about what the kids need than someone in DC.
