UF: 281 Yards of total offense
UA: 273 Yards of total offense
Richardson 10 carries, 63 yards
Ingram 12 carries, 47 yards
If you had told me that UF outgained you guys and that Richardson didn't break 100 I would have called you a liar. I know you never really had a long field so stats aren't going to be high--this isn't a negative post at all. It just shocked me.
I do have a question though. How do you guys feel about the whole Ingram vs Richardson debate? Debate meaning who is better. Florida made a gameplan to stop the run, much like we did last year. In both games Richardson was able to find more running room than Ingram. Any thoughts on a reason for that? I've heard grumblings from a few Bama friends--do a lot of people actually think Richardson is a better back than Ingram?
Either one of them could start anywhere in America. They are relatively interchangeable in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't complain about having both of them.
