📝 States with the top high school football talent per capita

Dang, thought for sure my state of Georgia would be #1. I have been raving about us since I was in high school, glad to see the last ten years or so we've been getting the credit we deserve. Some good ball being played here and some dang good players.

Another interesting perspective:

Where do blue-chippers (and future pros) come from?

Montana and Delaware .. !

Delaware sucks! Just joking. The Blue Hens knocked us out of the playoffs one year when I was at Georgia Southern before I transferred to Alabama, and we were all pissed off. Nothing to do in Statesboro, so muchlike Alabama, football is everything down there.

Bahahah I have to support my latest employer. Go Blue Hens! I hope to get more into FCS football this season. The Hens actually go to Fargo to play the defending champs NDSU this year so that should be fun.

The raw talent survey goes more in line with what I have always heard about talent rich states.

I would like to see which states put the most athletes into a D1 program. Guessing, I would suspect the top 5 raw talent states. Also another guess, on my part, is that states like Mississippi, Alabama, etc do not sink enough money into their school systems in order to have the amount of good coaches all around to develop the talent they have.
