This is great. I live in Montgomery and I have been to many Montgomery Catholic games. It's cool that they have a 4 star recruit from a small school like that. I'm going to have to try and go to some games next year. It's funny when you go watch big schools like Hoover and Prattville and Thompson, they have like 100 kids on the sideline and then you see Montgomery Catholic and Montgomery Academy and they have like 50 kids and 4 coaches. But that's cool about the recruit. I hope Bama is one of his favorites.

I hear you CRT. 2 seasons ago our local 2 A school played a small private school out of Nashville. Not sure why we played them. But they had right about 30 kids on the team. Some were obviously freshmen that would never get in. Had about 20 fans in the stands. I felt bad for them, our team killed them and we weren’t great. But they had 2 studs. One was a linemen picking between UGA and UT. He was huge. And he played every down of the game both sides of the ball. He was overweight and wore plum out. The other was a speedster that had already signed with Oregon. He red shirted this past year. Outside of those guys, they looked like a 8th grade team. But it was cool seeing those 2 play.

I got to see Hightower play his senior year of HS. Relatively small town County school. He was a man child. A foot taller than anyone on the field. They’d give him the ball and running back and it was a slow moving train for 10 years a each time. 9 guys hanging on and the other 2 scared to join.
