He grew up about 25 minutes down the road from me. Didn't know him personally, but his recruitment was huge for the state of Georgia since he was our first #1 ranked recruit in the entire country. His momma is a good woman, a doctor who spends most of her time in Africa using her knowledge and abilities to help the less fortunate. The dad I was always very unsure of. Robert and his brother are both very well depicted in the media for their attitude, me first quality, and just not being hard workers, yet trouble makers.

I didn't mean much by my comment other than I hope Monkell is a better person.

At the 2:15 mark was as impressive of a play by a high school d-end as I have ever seen.. beat huge tackle, then double team by full back and then ran down a very mobile QB from behind. He had several plays where he was in position to hit the qb and the qb dumped it to the back only to have him run it down anyway. The ability to see that the ball has been moved at the last second, the body control to change direction that quick and the speed to get there and make the play makes him special.
