Lee Begley has served as Mississippi State’s coordinator of recruiting operations on Dan Mullen’s staff since 2011.

Begley, 30, organizes on-campus recruiting, coordinates recruiting travel and oversees the Bulldogs’ recruiting marketing efforts.

A native of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Begley received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and psychology from the University of Alabama in 2010. She earned a master’s degree in sports management from Alabama in 2011.

During her time in Tuscaloosa, Begley worked as a football recruiting assistant for the Tide from 2007-10. She spent the 2011 season as a graduate assistant in the recruiting office before arriving in Starkville.

Begley is married to Billy Begley, who is a former Mississippi State basketball captain and the current head men’s basketball coach at East Mississippi Community College.
