Sour grapes?? Even though texas being ranked #3 makes no difference by years end.....let the 'BAMA and SEC hating continue.
boy, they obviously didn't watch the ole miss game. Sure, we squandered some red zone opportunities, but that seemed like a pretty dominating performance to me.

lace></st1:state> is so great. Lets look at their greatness against Ole Miss.
Alabama started 5 drives in Ole Miss territory and scored 0 touchdowns.
Drive 1: started on Miss 26 after an interception, went nowhere, kicked a field goal.
Drive 2: started on Miss 5 after a blocked punt, 3 and out, settled for a field goal.
Drive 3: started on Miss 40 after a muffed punt, included a 1st and Goal on the Miss 3, settled for a field goal.
Drive 4: started on Miss 16 after interception, resulted in 0 points.
Drive 5: started on Miss 22 after interception, resulted in a field goal.
<st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Alabama</st1
lace></st1:state> also had 1 60 yard TD drive and 1 58 yard field goal drive early in the game. <st1:state w:st="on"><st1

Complete team my a$$.
On a side note <st1:state w:st="on">Alabama</st1:state> was considered one of the best teams right before they played <st1:state w:st="on"><st1

Well many people look at this early victories in the SEC as "big wins". But as we continue to watch and see overrated teams like Ole Miss fall down then those early wins don't look as sexy.
<st1:state w:st="on">Florida</st1:state> struggled a couple of weeks ago against <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Tenn</st1
lace></st1:state> but nobody cares. They beat what many consider an overrated LSU team only by 10 points. Granted it was on the road. <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Alabama</st1
lace></st1:state> only beat Ole Miss (now not even ranked) by 18 points. They also only beat <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Kentucky</st1
lace></st1:state> by 18 points. So they haven't exactly looked dominant against 2 teams that won't finish the season ranked and will likely have 4-5 losses on the season each. But <st1:state w:st="on">Texas</st1:state> only beats <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Colorado</st1
lace></st1:state> by 24 points and we get voted down. Even our 14 point win against Tech wasn't considered very good in the eyes of many voters.
I just think this is SEC bias at its best.<o

lace></st1:state> got five turnovers. Near the red zone they elected to go for Field Goals from the 25, 21, 22, 25 and 21 yard lines. That tells me they did not feel they could make a first down that close to the red zone. Outside of those efforts, they managed only one touchdown on offense, a 36-yard run.
You cannot tell me that was a stellar effort by <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
lace w:st="on">Alabama</st1
lace></st1:state>. They had the ball almost 40 minutes to Ole Miss 20 minutes They got five turnovers. And near the red zone were forced into five field goals.
Meanwhile, <st1:state w:st="on">Texas</st1:state> got caught up in a hornet's nest effort from <st1:state w:st="on"><st1

lace></st1:state> won "ugly" by not necessarily looking like OU during November of last year; they looked more like an SEC team. Like OU did last year, <st1:state w:st="on">Alabama</st1:state> is getting the beauty pagent points, and the AP writers are listening to others who keep saying, "right now <st1:state w:st="on"><st1
