I don't think Bama had scored more than 3 runs in a game since that win over Arkansas a month ago...
A little surprised Alea Johnson isn't closing this one out.
Bama will get a rematch with SLU tomorrow, they just bounced Clemson. Bama only needs 1 win, SLU needs both (for those that haven't been paying attention).
And he hearty LOL at Arkansas... not too long ago, Courtney Deifel was the bell of the ball, even with some of our own fans... "She has surpassed Murphy!" they said. She won the SEC 2 years in a row. I'm sure those trophies look nice and all, but Ms. Saddlebags has done absolutely nothing beyond that. And she and her team just got eliminated, AGAIN, in their own regional... something that has become a May tradition at this point. LOf'nL.
It already feels twice as hot here in the Tuscaloosa area today than it did the last 2 daysā¦ hopefully, SLU fades fast after a long day on Saturday and Bama can wrap this up pretty easily without going to 2 games.
Also, still laughing at Arkansas.
