Oof. Ugly loss for Bama... Samford wins it 3-2. Their first win over UA since 1997. Hard to describe how disappointing that result is...

Maybe this will bet Bama on track some... I know the swept auburn, but they were mostly going through the motions while doing so. Ever since that series win against Texas, it seems like they've lost some steam and focus. This loss should fix that. And I'm sure Kentucky coaches (Bama's next opponent) won't be thrilled to see tonight's result either.

I'm going to guess, based on leadership and the disposition of this year's team, Murphy hasn't had to breathe fire very often this season. But I'd imagine his temp ran hot after this one.
