That's why I'm thinking he's getting a double team. It wasn't seen much in the last two-thirds of last season because Melvin Ingram jumped on the scene in a dramatic fashion.

Devin with Clowney makes a DE combination that isn't beaten by any teams in the SEC. I'm not saying they're the best duo, but there certainly aren't any that separate themselves as being better.

The one thing I find worth watching with UofSC is how their defensive line performs this year. Ellis Johnson's has always been able to put a good game plan together for his DL. While I'm not saying Ward isn't going to be a good coordinator, I'm curious if he'll be as good with that group as Johnson.

Yeah if anybody on that line is gonna get double teams it would be Clowney, thats for sure.

There shouldn't be anything sneaky about that feeling. Everything points to that being right. Their question marks are now more mental than fielding experience.
