With A. Peterson headed to the Saints does this mean that HTWMI will be more of a 3rd down short yardage or pass play player since AD is headed to the Saints. AD has never been a back to catch the ball out of the back field and with his age will not be an every down player.

For years I think I use to be more upset for Mark then Mark and just wish he got out of that pass happy organization. By all accounts, he likes everything about New Orleans, go-figure? Gets to a point with some folks when being happy is more the criteria than fame and stats. If that's really the case, and AP also has a sense of his own mortality these days after 2 major knee surgeries, sharing carries makes a lot of sense. Ingram can remember just a few years ago when there were 3 in the rotation.

Peterson will be in for the play action passes on first and second down, M.I. will be in for pass protection on third downs.

The best thing for a NFL running back.....is to be a part timer with a fat contract.....will be around for awhile....Ingram is in great shape..
