šŸˆ Six Bama players AP All-American First -Team!

That is what I was thinking, "no kicker":). If not this year then when?

I saw where D. Moses was 3rd team.
It’s bad enough Reichard wasn’t named to the 1st team but I absolutely can’t believe the AP voters put Cade York and BYU’s Oldroyd above him on the second and third teams. One thing’s certain if there was an award for the worst punter in the nation, Bama’s entire roster of punters would be battling for that honor. I sure hope there’s an invited walk-on in the 2021 class I haven’t yet heard about yet. The Tide’s defense hasn’t been great lately but the punters the past two seasons haven’t done them any favors.

It's a good thing we've only punted 27 times this season. Only two teams playing double-digit schedules (FL and Liberty) have punted less. Syracuse leads with 74 punts, and for reference the 20th most punting team has 52 punts this season.

That is a pretty incredible stat. Basically less than 3 possessions a game have ended in a punt.

Yep. If our punters were as good as our kicker, they wouldn't get a ranking because we are just below the 2.5 punts per game average to qualify. I always thought Vandy was a stud in recruiting punters: "Come play with us! You'll be an All-American!"

Curious on how many possessions we score on per game? Based on averaging 50 points I would guess 7 (if all TD's) to 9 possessions end in points on average.
