| ADMIN Site upgrade news. 2/29 at O;OO GMT

I've noticed a few hiccups here and there over the last month or so; nothing major, just things that stuck out to me.

As it ends up our host has an upgrade scheduled ('bout time) on the 29th.

I can't tell you what to expect if a feature or two drops ... I don't expect a lot of downtime.
