Georgia will open the regular season against Clemson on Aug. 31 without safety Josh Harvey-Clemons, who was suspended one game for a violation of team rules.

Multiple reports indicated Harvey-Clemons, a projected starter who was rated as a top-10 national recruit, was involved in a marijuana-related incident in his dorm room on May 14. He and tight end Ty Flournoy-Smith were present when university police entered a dorm room because they smelled marijuana.

I don't see the problem.

This is a PERECT customer base

for a new business- I've been pondering.

Bong pipes with School logos.

I could make a killin..................

Irony defined.

You include a clip from Cheech and Chong.

Remember why Tommy Chong went to jail? Shipping bongs across state lines.

Some interesting reading on Colorado instituting their state laws on possession, use, etc., now that it's legal there. However, I have to wonder...how many people actually buy merchandise with a Colorado logo?

Sorry to bust your bubble but there are already bongs/pipes sold with team logos on them lmao

I mean not that I would know from experience or anything...

There's a head shop about 2 miles from my house that has those...funniest one is for Charleston Southern. CSU, formally known as Baptist College, whose funding is mainly from the SBC. Mainly, as in around 95% the last I heard...Buccaneer on it...no knife, but a blunt in his mouth.

Completely off the subject, the Baptist College made me think of something, notice all the ink that Brittney Griner has now that she's in the WNBA...was this not allowed at Baylor :)

If you talk to a Georgia fan, its because they hold a "higher standard" than everyone else and that "all of this happens at Alabama, Florida, Auburn, LSU, etc.., but just gets swept under the rug"..:shake:

Truly an example of living in the past.

In college housing, with social media the way it is, how is anything swept under the rug? It isn't, because it's impossible to do so.

I wouldn't bet you because it would be unfair. I'll put it this way. That room being searched was known and published online long before we saw something publicly about it through news agencies.

Terry

I would love to claim

I slipped some "back-door" humor in there
to see if anybody would find it.

But Cheech and Chong was so long ago

I barely remember it.

The MAY be a REASON for that !

I would'nt know....................... :icon_twisted:

I think it was HBO that did a documentary on Tommy about a year or two ago about how, why, etc., he was arrested.

He had a great argument for being set up...but it's a long story.

I'd imagine you can find the show online somewhere...might take some surfing to find the recording but it's worth the watch. I found it quite interesting. I can't disagree with him when he says it was an underhanded way to prosecute/arrest/imprison him.

A true back-door type of arrest.

Not this type of back-door...

The one I talked too today said these exact words: "Police at those schools realize the impact they have on their football team, so they let it slide"...Can't imagine what its like on the Georgia forums

Its called "a/k/a Tommy Chong" and its on Youtube but you have to pay to see it. Hes done several drug wars related documentaries that are really good. Im not gonna even start on my opinions on Weed, should never have been made illegal. But these athletes KNOW its illegal and they're gonna get busted for messing with it so there's no excuse. Not to mention that athletes probably shouldnt be putting anything that is mind altering in their bodies, including alcohol.
