I guess I should print this and put it on my "to do once in life" list.
I've got a lot of these already knocked out.
Archibalds and Dreamland in T-town, Cisco's for TX, LSU's tailgate, Arcade, Corky's and Rendezvous for Memphis, The Varsity at Ga Tech, and The Grove at Ole Miss.
Now, that said, I have eaten at an In and Out burger (chain based in LA) and it wasn't too bad.
Out of those 9 of the top 20 different places listed, I can't say which I've liked better...although, you can't beat the Rendezvous for its locale, and the ability to walk a few minutes and catch some blues at BB Kings or the like on Beale St. in Mphs. (makes me feel like I'm doing a disservice to Corky's.) Dry rub slabs, but good stuff!!
