If you've followed the news today over on the Today's News section you've noticed the NCAA has backed off it's earlier scholly reductions stance against PSU and is also considering lightening their bowl restrictions.

As many of us have maintained, Emmert went far beyond his boundaries with his sanctions which leads writers like Forde to believe they realize that now.

I'm with Pat on this one.
