That's at least the second time she got something about Alabama in there since she joined the show. The first time she was talking to a soldier on a social site and he was from Alabama. She said Roll Tide.

Obviously she's never stopped cheering for Alabama. Nice to see them letting her put that in occasionally.

Sela is a tried and true Crimson Tide supporter! I'd love to be able to hear Rece Davis give a big Roll Tide sometime, but it's, um, not appropriate, given his job title! The list of bama alumni is impressive, but there are some on that list that you'd rather were not....For example, Bernie Madoff went to Bama for a year. Didn't graduate, but I'm sure he partied his a55 off. That's what all those guys like him did.

Well, at least we aren't like Auburn. Didn't Osama Bin Laden get a degree in applied pyrotechnics from Alabama Poly?

To lend authenticity to the scene, the soldier should have either said "Roll Tide" or "Wahr Eeagle" back to her instead of just smiling.

My wife and I have our "Top 5" - like the friends episode. Hers include Leo DiCaprio, Robert Pattinson (I don't know why?!?!?), Derek Hough, Josh Duhamel, and sometimes Johnny Depp. Mine change all the time, but right now would probably include, Brooke Burke, Katherine Heigl, Julianne Hough, and Sophia Vergara, and then one of: Katy Perry, Olivia Munn, or Stacey Kiebler

Somewhere Factor has a photo of him and the gal to Sela's right attending the Tennessee game at Legion Field (before she made varsity cheerleader). She was a friend of his during his brief undergraduate stint at the Capstone.

The girl to Sela's far left is one of the Troxell twins (I believe from Mountain Brook). They were into gymnastics.

Now don't get me wrong when I say this because Sela Ward is definitely a "looker" but, believe it or not, there was another Chi Omega gal back then who was just as gorgeous. The real kicker--she was one of the sweetest, most sincere girls I have ever met (outside my wife, of course):smile:
