PSL's. We hear the term a lot with NFL teams but it's not used that often with college. While there are some differences between the two, it's on the same concept as Tide Pride and donations to the program for each seat.
USC is/has sent out a survey to their season ticket holders inquiring about different ways to raise money for improvements to Los Angeles Coliseum. Among those questions in the survey were a few talking about starting PSL's.
According to reports the new fees would range from $1000-$4000 per seat. The most expensive season tickets, per seat, at USC are $450 per year.
I doubt anyone here has thought of USC as being "cash-strapped." I'm sure they're not. I never would have even thought they didn't have a program in place that's similar to Tide Pride.
