Appalachian State at Tennessee

Outcomes w/Current Odds

Over 57.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

Under 57.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

UT -20 : 100/110 (1.91)

App St +20 : 100/110 (1.91)

UT Wins : 100/1300 (1.08)

App St Wins : 850/100 (9.50)

Optimism is running rampant on Rocky Top now, and with good reason. This figures to be the best team that the Vols have put on the field in years, and they were oh so close a year ago, leading in the second half of every game. I don't expect anything resembling the attitude that Michigan brought into a game with Appy State a few years ago, as the Vols have something to prove.

PJ's picks- The Vols win straight up and cover the -20. On the over/under side of things, I like the under.

South Carolina at Vanderbilt

Outcomes w/Current Odds

Over 42.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

Under 42.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

UofSC +3.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

Vandy -3.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

UofSC wins : 145/100 (2.45)

Vandy wins : 100/165 (1.61)

The Commodores improved marginally last year, but still hd a lot of trouble scoring and moving the ball. They figure to be good on defense but struggle on offense once more. South Carolina figures to have difficulty scoring as well, and Boomer has always been a defense oriented coach as well. If you like offense, this one will be a real snoozer.

PJ's picks - Although Vandy does not really have a home field advantage here, these are two evenly matched teams. In order of preference I Like under 42.5, South Carolina and the points, and South Carolina on the money line, but I am not wild about any of the three.

UCLA at Texas A&M

Outcomes w/Current Odds

Over 56.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

Under 56.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

UCLA +2.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

A&M -2.5 : 100/110 (1.91)

A&M wins : 100/115 (1.87)

UCLA wins : 125/100 (2.25)

The big question to be answered hers is are the Aggies still a dumpster fire. There is uncertainty everywhere you look. The Aggie defense has a couple of all star candidates, there is a terrific group of receivers, but quarterback is a mystery. UCLA brings a solid club which should contend for the PAC 12 South. It is tough to know what to expect from aTm, but here goes.

PJ's picks - UCLA to win and cover, take the over.

Leicester City won the Premiere League after starting with 5000 to 1 odds. Come on, Cornwell! :neener_neener:

Seriously though, is Cornwell's foot issue that serious, or did he just really fall behind long ago?
