South Carolina -10 at Vanderbilt
Straight up, Carolina and -10 is good as well. I'd like Vandy to win.
I know Vandy is supposed to be more competitive this year and I do expect them to give teams a harder time this season. The talent gap is just too wide between the two teams and Vandy carries one of the worst home field advantage rankings in the NCAA.
Georgia -3 at Missouri
Georgia wins, but I'm taking Missouri +3. The Tigers carried the 4th best home field advantage in college football last season and I don't expect that to change. I really want Mizzou to win this game. In the end, I just have to go with the depth UGA carries in this game.
Florida -2.5 at Texas A&M
Florida straight up and Florida on the points. I love good defense and I don't think Sumlin's new offensive approach will have time to "get it together" when the Gators visit.
Auburn at Mississippi State -1.5
Auburn straight up, and to beat the spread as well. This one comes down to Auburn's front seven. Miss State does have a good amount of talent and depth in their receiving corps but I just see them having the time to get fully into their routes to take advantage of something on the field they have on paper.
