I really don't think they have much of a choice either... they will have to load the box to try and stop the run and force passes to have a chance. What they HOPE is that they can stop the run with the fewest amount of bodies as possible so they can keep a safety or two back. I'm not sure OM is built to stop a running team with their front guys so much.
My thoughts on their defense is to do a bunch of run blitz packages and try to clog the middle up as best then can. If we end up passing on that down, they have good speed related to that rush and will try to get to the QB to affect his throws. I don' think they will be relying on their DBs to hold up one-on-one vs our WR... it's all about getting to the QB WHILE trying to clog the running lanes for Ole Miss.
