Mine would be his quote from the Tenn game last year "When you look up and there ain't nobody there.. that's the earmark of an a$$ whoopin".

Or the one from the LSU game last year "Make his a$$ quit".

I dawned on me in the Arkansas game, and I think Petrino's comments about the game and his team not believing they could win confirmed the thought, this past weekend may have been the first game we've played in his tenure when a team remembered those things from last year and it was in their head before the game actually kicked off.
