For Alabama, the better scheduling format would be an eight-game conference schedule with one permanent opponent, which would be Auburn.

The LSwho game really isn’t a rivalry! While they had some good games before Saban arrived, it only became so heated, fiery, meaningful when Saban landed in Tuscaloosa and the hatred came from only one place, Red Stick. If you go 3+6, then it should be Viles,Barn, and State. 1+7 then it should be the Barn.

AU hasnt had back to back 10 win seasons since 80s so how is that a top flight team
Tennessee... since late 90s is a disaster except for last season

55-27-5 all time in BAMA’s favor. Charlie Mac was a whopping 2-14 versus BAMA, so I definitely wouldn’t call that a rivalry either. It wasn’t until Saban landed in T’town did the LSwho game come close to being respectable with BAMA holding a 12-5 advantage.

Many more will tune in for bama- lsu than bama-msu....

And dont have to listen to cowbells at starkvegas but every 4 years....
That ...in it self...is worth have lsu over msu

And for others...its having bama coming to their house that sells many more tickets...
And fills the seats
