🏈 RTB Judges. Targeting? (Vandy v UofSC.) A couple of things at play here.

I'm not throwing the flag. Incidental contact if you're being picky.

A second note here. Beamer is upset and it's easy to see why. If the officials are telling the players "go," you can't have some dweeb in an office calling for a replay when the play is in progress.

What's crazy about this game and that situation? An ACC official quit just this past week because they did the same thing to him Saturday, a week ago. A late replay called effected possession and the score.

I think by the rule, a QB sitting in the pocket looking to pass is considered a defenseless player. BUT, that was as clean of a hit as you can get…what else was the guy supposed to do?

Also, if Sellers got a concussion from that hit…this probably isn’t his first, and he probably has had a bunch of them.

Oh, no I think it was legit. It was late 2nd quarter and he wasn't playing too bad... tight game at that point. Vandy may have still won in the end, but it would have been much closer. The backup QB Luke Doty just simply wasn't good enough to keep them in it, much less win it.
