I looked at the forecast a little while ago. It's moving out. My guess a couple or three hours before kickoff.

I remember the news of a new drainage system being installed there but it's been at least 10 years or more since that work was completed. I don't know when the last game was played there. It seems like they normally install new turf about a week and a half before the game.

My question ... did it have time to root? Chunks of yardage can have different meanings.
