Yeah, I remember paying $70 for mine. They got popular like Sperry's and took off in price. My dad always called them rat stoppers from back in his day, so secondary popular by time I wore them.

The lady that owns the house to the NE from me picked up a new ___ a few months ago. I watched him go inside and out to see if he could get the blinds down at the same level. He went to the front yard. I got on my bike and rode over to watch.

"Can I help you?"
No. I'm just watching...

Not sure what to make of him yet. He blows off the yard everyday before she gets home. Sorta cool...tends to piss me off. It's gas powered...I'm a fan of quiet.

On a serious note, when I bought a pair of shoes I normally bought more than one. I think the last pair of dress were some cap-toes from Allen Edmunds. I bought black, cordovan, and brown. It doesn't take long...

I'm trying to figure out how many hats Casey has made for me. Seven? I know with one design I got three...two navy and a beige, and in other style got two more the same but different colors...five hats, boom.

And people think this is weird when they are walking out of a store with three of the same shirt...

Not in the least. about as clean cut and living of a person as one gets. Spend money on music events/venutes/activities, instruments (last waaaay longer) and grandson... Oh and the wife takes her share of course.....

Food is ok... I like food for sure.... Sports (mostly watching these days), running (3-4 miles a few days a week), Music, Church and family especially my grandson are at the top of my list for how I spend my time.
