Its going to take someone being permanently injured, or God forbid killed, before a significant rule change is made.

May seem extreme, but rushing the field/ court resulting in a game being forfeited would stop this crap dead in its tracks.

I recall being in the stands at Legion Field when we broke a losing streak to the Barn. Old Simpson Pepper announced about 12-15 times during the second half to NOT enter the field after the game. I watched B'ham cop after B'ham cop body slam student after student that day.

@uagrad93 , I was there as well and remember the first two or three that climbed over and onto the field were handcuffed around the goalposts. You should have seen the whiskey bottles that rained down on the endzone after the cops handcuffed the students.
