At his point, money is not the issue. I know that Richt is one lousy season away from being canned, but he would be the next Franchione if he leaves Georgia to go to Texas. That would be insane if it were to happen.

Richt is going no where , This is contract stuff to up the ante where he is .
Anyway no High profile coach will go to A&M after the way they ran off the last one.

It's amazing to me that with all the oil money TAMU has available that they can't go out and make a big time hire. From all accounts, they have great facilities, pretty good tradition, great fan following, one of the best recruiting bases, and a great game day atmosphere. Seems like a situation where if they put out the money to make hire a big time coach they could be a great football team.
