Rhyne Howard named USBWA National Freshman of the Year
University of Kentucky women's basketball freshman guard Rhyne Howard has been named the United States Basketball Writers Association National Freshman of the Year and was presented with her award Friday inside Amalie Arena prior to the start of Friday's Final Four.
