Not really surprised by this. Wonder if he regrets making those comments weeks ago about his son staying in TAMU.

Avery Sr helped TAMU land the #6 class in the nation last year via (2) 4*'s from Plano West (where his son played the previous year). Plano West is the $$$ area.

With Jeff Garret's departure, by my count we still have two scholarships to play with.

The only down side is he has to sit a year. CAJ needs to sign two guys that can walk in and start from day one IMO.
