I think Herman may be on the market. If I heard correctly, he stood to make $12M over three years if Houston had become a big12 member.

Reported that each school spent on average $20-25K preparing for the "interview process". This reminds me of the first teaching job I interviewed for in Eufaula. The superintendent, the AD, the HC in football all wanted me and basically said their recommendation was for me. Problem was, the principal wanted a teacher only and someone to do his bidding. He told me as much!! In the end, he hired someone from within his own school.

As for the Big 12, they are nothing more than a damn joke in college football.

What do you expect from them..... hell, they can't even change their conference name to correspond with the number of teams they have. How hard is it to change it to the Big 12 - 2 conference?
